Booking Policy for Music Lessons: 1. Lesson Booking Process: 1.1. All lesson bookings should be made through our official website or authorized booking channels. 1.2. New students must create an account before booking their first lesson. 1.3. Existing students can log in to their accounts to schedule lessons. 2. Lesson Availability: 2.1. Lesson availability is subject to the instructor's schedule and studio capacity. 2.2. Students are encouraged to book lessons in advance to secure their preferred time slots. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: 3.1. To reschedule or cancel a lesson, students must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. 3.2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be subject to a cancellation fee. 3.3. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the management. 4. Lesson Duration: 4.1. Lesson duration options (e.g., 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes) will be clearly outlined during the booking process. 4.2. Students must select their preferred lesson duration while booking. 5. Payment: 5.1. Payment for lessons should be made in advance through our secure online payment system. 5.2. Lesson fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation policy is met. 5.3. In case of any technical issues during the payment process, students are advised to contact our support team for assistance. 6. Make-up Lessons: 6.1. Make-up lessons may be offered at the discretion of the instructor and subject to availability. 6.2. Make-up lessons are provided for valid reasons such as illness or emergencies, and proper documentation may be required. 7. Instructor Absences: 7.1. In the event that the instructor cannot conduct a scheduled lesson, a make-up lesson will be offered at a mutually agreed time. 7.2. If a make-up lesson is not possible, the lesson fee for the canceled lesson will be refunded. 8. Studio Policies: 8.1. Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lessons to maximize the available lesson time. 8.2. Parents or guardians of young students are welcome to accompany them to lessons but are kindly requested to maintain a quiet environment during the class. 9. Code of Conduct: 9.1. Students are expected to show respect and courtesy to their instructors and fellow students. 9.2. Any inappropriate behavior or violation of studio rules may result in the termination of the student's lessons. 10. Updates to the Booking Policy: 10.1. This booking policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to students through our website or email. By booking a music lesson with us, students acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy.
